We had a great time: Thank You Kickstarter!

You are probably wondering why we cancelled our Kickstarter campaign 10 days before the actual end and probably asking yourself if we knew about the magical and legendary last 48 hours, where several projects got most of their fundings.
Yes, we heard those stories. But, it wasn’t going to make any difference for us — we were simply not going to reach our target. And that's because we made several mistakes throughout our campaign.
So, we decided that it would be better to cancel our campaign, regroup and relaunch our project in a few months. It was a tough call (trust us) — but we think that we made the right decision because we know we can do better!
Apart from that, our campaign was very positive! It generated strong visibility and awareness about Dodeka around the world, which is very promising for the future!
Within a few weeks, more than 10,000 people visited our website and campaign, our videos got >25,000 more views, and around 20 online newspapers/blogs talked about us.
On Kickstarter, we raised almost CHF 27,000 Swiss francs with the help of forty-six backers from at least ten different countries. This is almost three times higher than the majority of funded projects on Kickstarter (the average being less than $10,000).
Not to mention that we had a great time and are very grateful for all the support we received from all of you guys! So thank you very much! You've been awesome! :)
